Our Mission
Timbuktu in the Valley is a learning space dedicated to assist local youth on their journey of growing up, by providing a safe learning environment where they can develop skills, get academic support and find opportunities that allow them to become self-determined citizens.
Our Vision
As #FutureShapers we aim to raise independent people who can break the cycle of dependency, generational inequality and exclusivity of opportunity they were born into in one of Johannesburg’s most neglected urban neighbourhoods.
